Terms and conditions 2012
This is the 10th year that Skydive Jersey has been operating on Jersey, and boasts one of the most beautiful drop zones in the world. It is the only British, Beach landing area, and one of only a handful in the world!
Skydive Jersey is affiliated to the British Parachute Association, and as such, has an excellent safety record. For each scheduled opening, the aircraft, equipment and Instructors travel over from the UK to provide the skydiving expertise required for the centre to operate. It takes an enormous effort each year, to provide the facility, locating the equipment, and working with the tide, however, the rewards are truly worth it. You will view the whole Island from 10,000Ft, then experience the rush of freefall, reaching 130mph for 35 seconds, before your instructor opens the parachute for a ten minute canopy ride to bring you back to earth, to land on the beach at the Gunsite slip, St Aubins Bay.
Please read the conditions below, and arrange your booking as soon as possible to help with our arrangements for the forthcoming year. I look forward to meeting you,
Mal Richardson

Process of redemption
A list of the opening dates is on our web site or alternatively you can contact info@skydivejersey.net who will be pleased to advise you, or please call 01534 747410
Please visit the 'Tandem' section, before making your booking, as this often answers any queries.
No Refund policy In order to operate Skydive Jersey, the equipment and Instructors have to be positioned from England each time we open for business. The specialist aircraft, and skilled Instructors, cannot be sourced on the Island, and your deposit for the jump pays for this 'positioning', as well as your membership to the British Parachute Association (BPA), 3rd party insurance and administration costs. We typically open 8 times during the summer, for four days each opening. This should give you plenty of opportunity to arrange and make your parachute jump. Therefore, refunds are not given for individuals who fail to appear, or arrange a time during the year, to make their jump.
Delays due to weather or other factors
Skydive Jersey will make all reasonable effort, to provide the facilities to enable redemption of Gift vouchers, and bookings.
If you have attended for training, but have been unable to jump due to weather or other reasons, then the validity of the voucher may be extended at the discretion of the management. You are encouraged to book your skydive with allowances for a possible alternate opening date, for the operations during the same year.
If you fail to arrange and attend at least one, training session and scheduled jump appointment during one of our opening dates, before the expiration date shown on the voucher, you will loose the 'deposit amount' which is non refundable. This amount covers your BPA membership, aircraft positioning, ground training and a part of your instructor's fee, and is not merely an administration charge.
Non refundable and limitation of purpose
Gift vouchers are not redeemable for cash, only against skydiving activities conducted by Skydive Jersey. Vouchers can be transferred to another user, for an administration charge of £25, however, transfers do not extend beyond the period of validity date shown on the voucher.
